| SOI is a large, high quality provider of security guards to government agencies and commercial organizations. Approximately 90% of our contracts are with federal government agencies. With revenues in excess of $50 million and currently employing more than 1850 security officers, SOI serves multiple locations throughout the eastern, midwestern and southern U.S. The largest concentration of our forces is in the national capital area. |

| Sound Management Practices: |
| Our Project Managers and Site Supervisors have been responsible for the direction of many high visibility security operations for the federal government and their supervision has been deemed commendable. SOI management has proven expertise in initiating large security projects under tight deadlines and in multiple remote locations. |

| In-House Training: |
| Our formal guard training program meets the requirements of, and is accredited by, the General Services Administration, the States of Maryland, Pennsylvania, Virginia and the District of Columbia. SOI tailors specific guard procedures to each contract and incorporates them into General Orders and Post Orders. Basic training topics include blood borne pathogens, violence prevention in the workplace, report preparation, and cardiopulmonary resuscitation. In addition, SOI pro- actively requires Diversity and Sensitivity Training, reinforcing our standard that officers conduct themselves in a professional and diplomatic manner toward all persons they encounter in the course of their duties. Our instructors meet the American Red Cross and the National Rifle Association training certification requirements. |
